Building on the foundations and achievements of HKUST 1.0 and the development of HKUST(GZ) in HKUST 2.0, I am honored to work with the entire university community and our stakeholders to guide HKUST toward greater achievements and contributions to society. Immediate priorities have been implemented this year amid the evolution of the HKUST 3.0 Vision Plan, which was approved by the University Council in March 2023.
