President’s Report The 2024–2025 academic year was a period of determined preparation and meaningful progress for HKUST. Across our campuses, colleagues dedicated extraordinary effort to advancing our core missions of teaching, research, and innovation. We strengthened our academic foundations, pioneered new initiatives, and, most significantly, laid the essential groundwork toward achieving a visionary goal: establishing Hong Kong’s third medical school.
