Governance THE COUNCIL The Council is the supreme governing body to steer the University’s direction, with its major role in monitoring the Administration’s performance to ensure good governance, and achievement of strategic objectives of the University. 2024-25 has been a busy year for the Council both in terms of new projects and membership matters. Following the expiry of the terms of some senior Members, including Chairs and Vice-Chairs of its Committees, Council is excited to welcome a number of new Members, who will help Council and the University at large through their diverse expertise and experience in the private sector and public service.
